In this lesson, you will learn how Great Teams focus on and overcome the common temptation of complacency in order to nurture a culture that wins consistently.

*For individual sessions – a full refund (minus a $25 administrative fee) will be granted for cancellations received in writing at least 3 weeks in advance of event. All written cancellations must be sent to cfe@franchise.org and include the original order confirmation email. No refunds or reschedules for missed sessions.
